Fieldwork opportunities
The course offers fieldwork opportunities, including excavations and surveys in Cappadocia (Turkey) and Italy, at sites like Hadrian’s Villa and Dos dell’Arca. Pavia University partners with institutions such as NYU, the Egyptian Museum of Turin, and Villa Adriana-Villa d’Este to enhance the study of ancient civilizations. Study trips and museum labs are integral to the experience.
