Thanks to an internship agreement with our University, the international and interdisciplinary project of archaeological excavations at S. Vincenzo Stromboli (Aeolian Islands) is inviting four students of the MedArch MA program to do an internship within the campaign 2026, between June 19th - July 10th. 

 

The project is led by Prof. Sara Levi (University of Ferrara) and David Yoon (American Numismatic Society); a short description of the project can be found in the attached flier. 

 

This year excavation and lab activities will target medieval and Roman remains.

 

Interested candidates are invited to send a letter of motivation (max one page,also email format is accepted) and a short cv (max two pages) to Dr. Giacomo Casucci, with prof. d'Alfonso and Prof. Levi (sanvincenzostromboli@gmail.com) in cc., within a week from the online publication of this announcement.
