On Tuesday, 26 May, at 3.00 p.m., in Aula Carruba, we will gather to remember Dr Marco De Pietri, one year after his passing.

Marco completed his entire academic training at our University, from his BA and MA studies to his PhD in History, with a dissertation devoted to the relations between Egypt and Anatolia in the second and first millennia BC.

In the following years, he continued to collaborate with the Department in research and teaching activities, also as a post-doctoral research fellow and within the MA programme The Ancient Mediterranean World. History, Archaeology, and Art.
